Meet the Team
Alyssa Bell
Licensed Realtor/Property Manager
Alyssa has resided in Columbus, GA all of her life. In 2008 she began working for military housing at [then] Fort Benning and instantly grew fondly of property management. During that time, she traveled between between Benning and Dahlonega; she studied property management courses through the Institute of Real Estate Management and received great mentorship from those within her field. In 2018, Alyssa and her husband welcomed their first child despite concerns of infertility. With the newness of parenthood and the desire for entrepreneurship, Chattahoochee Dwellings was born. Alyssa commends her business partner and Broker of the business, Bo Durham, in his risk to take a "leap of faith" in starting something that both of them were a little uncertain of. "We knew we wanted one thing: to be better," said Alyssa, "We want to have a business where we portray quality over quantity and truly connect with our clients." In March 2023, Chattahoochee Dwellings celebrated its fifth year of operations. Present day, Alyssa is a licensed Realtor in Georgia and Alabama [Durham Sears Real Estate], and enjoys being able to assist clients regardless of their real estate needs.
Eddie Andersen
Maintenance/Customer Satisfaction Manager
Born in North Carolina, Eddie made his way to Columbus, GA in 2019. Eddie served in the Marine Core as an Aircraft Rescue & Firefighter and then continued in the medical field for several years, serving both as a Paramedic and Firefighter. With a desire to make a difference, Eddie and his wife created a non-profit organization in 2020 called Tackle22Fishing. In 2022, Eddie retired from the medical field to pour his focus into the non-profit. During this time, he and his wife decided to plant roots in Columbus, GA and their real estate journey led them to Alyssa. "We had several conversations about social media and real estate - and it just clicked. We knew we wanted Eddie to be involved in some capacity somewhere," said Alyssa. A few weeks later, Eddie officially agreed to join the Chattahoochee Dwellings team, overseeing completion of Maintenance and customer satisfaction. Eddie enjoys seeing the growth that Columbus is currently undergoing. "As an avid fisherman, I love the convenience to nearby lakes and rivers," says Eddie, "I can be at the Chattahoochee River in 20 minutes or be at Westpoint in 45. Goat Rock, [Lake] Oliver, [Lake] Harding - you name it, there's tons of options here."
Aubree Moore
Administrative Assistant
Aubree is a native from Columbus, Georgia. Always eager to learn and shine, Aubree greets each day with a fresh start. Aubree joined Chattahoochee Dwellings part-time in 2022, and quickly proved just how much she was needed. Now full-time, Aubree is working on obtaining her real estate license and looking forward to growing with the company. Aubree enjoys the community feel that Columbus offers, "I love going to the ballfield and watching my nephews play where I used to," she says, "Columbus is consistently growing and I am excited to watch and be a part of it."
